Meet Coach Kristi

Kristi is a dedicated leader, mentor, business manager, and lifelong athlete who brings a wealth of experience in operations, finance, and team development to Beyond The Game Alliance. As Treasurer, Kristi ensures the organization’s financial health and sustainability, while also contributing her passion for athlete growth and community building.

In addition to her role as Treasurer at BTGA, Kristi is the Provider and Founder of Elite7 Sports Recruiting Coaching, where she works side by side with athletes and their families to navigate the often overwhelming college recruiting process. From setting goals and building accountability to preparing athletes for meaningful communication with coaches, Kristi ensures that student-athletes are supported every step of the way. Her mission is simple: to give families a trusted partner in what can often feel like an uncertain and ever-changing journey.

Her professional journey spans over two decades of leadership across industries, from healthcare and business services to hospitality and sports organizations. She began her career as Office Manager and Case Manager at New Garden Medical and Wellness Center, overseeing the daily operations of a multi-disciplinary practice. She later served as New Franchise Sales Manager and Office Manager for SERVPRO of Penn-Del, where she managed operations across five states and successfully guided franchise buyers and sellers through smooth transitions.

From there, Kristi joined Harvest Ridge Winery, where she managed two successful tasting rooms and event locations while also leading wholesale sales and logistics. Since 2015, she has served as Executive Director of Maryland Legends Baseball and Lady Dukes Softball, an elite organization with 13 teams and an 8,500-square-foot indoor facility. In this role, she has overseen all off-field operations—ranging from financial management and logistics to marketing, public relations, and program growth.

A former collegiate softball player at Kutztown University and a lifelong competitor, Kristi understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities athletes face both on and off the field. Her deep connection to sports, combined with her professional expertise in administration and finance, makes her a valuable leader at Beyond The Game Alliance.
