Our leadership programs are designed to transform athletes into confident, resilient, and purpose-driven leaders — both on and off the field. Through proven frameworks, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, we teach the skills that aren’t inherited: accountability, communication, teamwork, and influence. Every athlete has the potential to lead — we train them to make it happen.
Your athletes aren't just athletes. They are leaders by default. Let's Build them to Believe, Rise and Make Impact.
Our programs are designed to develop the next generation of female athlete leaders at every stage of their athletic journey. Through our three-tiered pathway — Built to Believe (Middle School), Built to Rise (High School), and Built to Make Impact (Collegiate) — athletes gain the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to lead both in their game and beyond.
This program is ideal for coaches, teams, and organizations seeking to:
Cultivate strong, confident, and purpose-driven leaders who excel in sport and life
Enhance team culture and strengthen group dynamics
Prepare athletes to step into leadership roles with confidence
Provide professional development and leadership training for coaches alongside their athletes
Equip participants with practical, actionable tools to grow as leaders today — and beyond the game

Our Team Leadership Needs Assessment is designed to evaluate the whole athlete — because peak performance and leadership development require more than physical training alone.
Through this assessment, we measure three key areas:
Mind – mental agility, confidence, emotional awareness, and mindset
Body – habits of high performance, consistency, and readiness for competition
Leadership Skills – communication, accountability, influence, and team presence
We assess athletes’ mental agility abilities, high-performance habits, and core leadership skills to gain a clear picture of individual and team strengths, growth areas, and leadership readiness.
Following the assessment, coaches receive a customized Team Leadership Report outlining key insights, leadership readiness, team weaknesses, and recommended next steps to support athlete development.
Delivery options include:
A live Zoom-led assessment facilitated by Beyond the Game Alliance
A coach-led assessment using our companion video and guided framework
Each option ensures a consistent, meaningful experience while meeting teams where they are.
Because when you train the whole athlete — mind, body, and leadership — you don’t just build better players. You build leaders.
