As Secretary and Career Coaching Specialist at Beyond The Game Alliance, Deanna brings over 25 years of leadership experience in financial services, operational strategy, and business resiliency to support student-athletes in building purpose-driven futures beyond the field.

Throughout her distinguished career, Deanna has held senior roles at some of the world’s top financial institutions, including BNY Mellon and Fidelity Investments, where she led global teams, managed large-scale transformations, and delivered innovative solutions in highly regulated environments.

As the Global Head of Resiliency Experience at BNY Mellon, she shaped enterprise-wide strategy, led through disruption, and built client-centered systems that prioritized both excellence and integrity.
